Every Restaurant Is Different.Your Pricing Should Be Too
Most providers hand you a plan and make your restaurant fit it. We do the opposite — we listen first, then build the arrangement around your volume, your ticket, your locations and how your guests actually order. Onboarding is a set price. The rest we quote after we've listened.

Straight answers about what you'll pay
Tailored pricing only means something if we tell you more than we hold back. So here is everything, including the part most vendors leave for month two.
What's fixed
$499, one time — a set price, the same for every restaurant.
Covers: Your website, online ordering, your own branded iPhone and Android app, loyalty, local SEO, email marketing and the Order Manager tablet.
The Order Manager tablet is included and loaned to you — it stays Dinevate property while you are with us.
What's ongoing
After launch you are on an ongoing arrangement — either a small per-order service fee or a flat monthly, whichever genuinely suits your restaurant. There is no contract and no cancellation penalty, but there is an ongoing cost, and we would rather tell you that here than in month two.
What's separate
Four products have their own subscriptions and are never inside the $499: reservations, Dinevate Voice AI, Catering Pro and Social Media Pro.
Dinevate Delivery is not a subscription and not an add-on. It is the delivery itself — we dispatch the best-rated driver in your area, 100% of the tip goes to the driver, and the fee depends on your area and the distance. You pay per delivery, only when you use it.
Why we quote the ongoing number instead of printing it
Because the honest number depends on things a pricing table can't see. A pizzeria doing forty orders a night and a three-location group with a catering business shouldn't pay the same way. Some of our restaurants are on a small per-order service fee; some are on a flat monthly. We'd rather quote you correctly than post a number that's wrong for you and true for nobody.
Tell us how your restaurant worksFifteen minutes, no deck. You'll get the exact numbers — onboarding, ongoing, and any add-ons you actually want.
Twelve products. One restaurant system.
Most platforms in this category are a template website with an ordering page attached. This is the full list of what Dinevate runs for you — and which pieces are add-ons, marked so you never find out later.
Most vendors sell a website and an ordering page, then bolt on the rest. In Dinevate they were never separate.
Your website, your online ordering, your branded app, the AI that answers your phone and the register at your counter all run on one menu, one order pipeline and one customer record. That is not a longer feature list — it is a different architecture, and it is what a website-plus-ordering vendor cannot copy without rebuilding.
One order pipeline, whichever door it came through
A website order, an order from your branded app, an order the AI took on the phone, and an order rung up at the counter are the same kind of order in the same system — same tax logic, same discounts, same duplicate protection, same confirmation. Nothing drifts between channels because there is no second channel to drift from.
One screen in the kitchen
Every order lands on the same Order Manager tablet and the same printer flow. A phone order looks exactly like a website order to your staff. There is no separate inbox to remember to check.
One menu behind every surface
The same menu drives your website, your app, what the AI says on the phone, the in-store register, and your Google food-ordering feeds. You price a dish once and it is priced everywhere.
One customer, however they reached you
When a regular calls, the AI recognizes the number against the same customer account the website uses — their name, their saved addresses. A caller who has never touched your website becomes a customer record with the order attached, and that record is the audience your email marketing already uses.
One list for reservations, one pipeline for catering
Bookings from the website, the app, the phone and the walk-in podium are a single list synced to the tablet. Catering inquiries taken on a call land in the same pipeline as the ones from your website form.
One chart a bolted-together stack cannot draw
Because the channel is recorded on every order, your dashboard shows one breakdown of how your customers actually order — website, app, phone, in-store — side by side. Vendors running separate systems for each channel have no single place that number exists.
And the ordering itself is built like a chain app
This is the part guests feel. Your regulars already know how the big chains order — Dinevate holds your menu to that standard.
Each category is its own page, not a scroll position
Most ordering platforms render your whole menu as one long document and give guests a jump-link to scroll inside it. Dinevate gives every category its own page, prefetched the moment the menu loads so it opens instantly — and individually indexable by Google. It behaves like an app and it ranks like a website.
Customization built for real menus
Half-and-half pizza with visual placement on the pie. Topping prices that follow the size automatically. Light, Normal, Extra or On the Side per ingredient. Required picks, pick-three budgets, nested sub-groups, and “these come included — tap to remove what you don’t want.”
Nobody gets stuck at the Add button
Miss a required choice and the button tells you so, then scrolls you straight to the group you missed and highlights it. The running price updates live on the button as you build the item.
Suggestions from your own order history
After an item is added, the suggestions that appear are computed from what your customers actually buy together, refreshed weekly — not a generic upsell list. Popular Combinations applies an entire proven build, every option included, in one tap.
Reorder that actually rebuilds the order
One tap rebuilds a past order with every modifier and special request intact. Favorites remember the exact options, not just the dish.
A checkout that does not lose people
Apple Pay and Google Pay where the processor supports them, saved cards, and guest checkout with no account wall. Four steps that collapse as you finish them, the order summary first on a phone, address autocomplete with a confirmation step, and honest longer wait times shown before the guest commits.

Get What Big Chains Spent Millions to Build
Starbucks, Chipotle, and Domino's have spent years and millions building custom online systems — for loyalty, mobile ordering, rewards, and email marketing.
Dinevate gives you the same tools, pre-built and ready to go — including your own branded iPhone and Android app, which is part of the $499 onboarding, not a paid upgrade. A set price, with no contract holding you there.
Dinevate isn't some cookie-cutter system. It's enterprise-grade tech made easy and affordable for local restaurants like yours.
Frequently Asked Questions
1Why won't you just put a monthly price on this page?
Because the honest number depends on things a pricing table can't see. A pizzeria doing forty orders a night and a three-location group with a catering business shouldn't pay the same way. Some of our restaurants are on a small per-order service fee; some are on a flat monthly. Most providers hand you a tier and make your restaurant fit it — we'd rather listen first and quote you correctly than post a number that's wrong for you and true for nobody. The one number that never moves is the $499 onboarding.
2So what will it actually cost me every month?
It depends on the shape we agree on — per-order or flat monthly — plus any add-ons you choose. What's fixed is the $499 onboarding fee. What we will never tell you is that nothing recurs: every restaurant is on an ongoing arrangement after launch, you'll see the exact numbers before you start, and there's no contract holding you to them.
3What's included in the $499 onboarding fee?
Your website, online ordering, your own branded iPhone and Android app, loyalty, local SEO, email marketing, and the Order Manager tablet — set up, designed and launched for you, no tech skills needed. The app carries full ordering, one-tap reorder, loyalty, wallet, gift cards and saved cards, with Apple Pay and Google Pay where your processor supports them. The tablet is loaned to you and remains Dinevate property while you're with us.
4What happens after the $499? How does Dinevate get paid?
After you launch, there's one ongoing arrangement, agreed with you before you start. Usually we apply a small service fee to the customer's order or slightly increase your online prices (just like delivery apps do), so most owners pay little or nothing out of pocket. Some restaurants prefer a flat monthly instead. Either way you'll see the exact numbers up front, and you can change how it's handled.
5Is Dinevate Voice AI included in the $499?
No — Voice AI is an optional add-on with its own pricing. Four things are add-ons, each with its own subscription: reservations, Voice AI, Catering Pro, and Social Media Pro. The $499 covers your website, online ordering, your branded iPhone and Android app, loyalty, local SEO, email marketing, and the order-manager tablet. You'll see the exact pricing for any add-on before you switch it on, and you can switch it off anytime.
6How does Dinevate Delivery work, and what does it cost?
Dinevate Delivery isn't a subscription — it's the delivery itself. When an order comes in, we dispatch the best-rated driver available in your area, so you get professional delivery without listing on a marketplace. 100% of the customer's tip goes to the driver. The delivery fee depends on your area and how far the order is going, and it's shown at checkout before the customer pays.
7Can I choose how fees are handled?
Yes. You can choose whether to pass the small fee to the customer, adjust prices, or even cover part of Dinevate's cost yourself. Some restaurants prefer to split it. We'll work with you.
8Do I have to sign a contract?
Use Dinevate as long as you love it — cancel anytime. We believe in freedom and flexibility.
9How long until I'm up and running?
Most restaurants go live within 5–7 days. If you already have your menu and basic info, we move even faster.
10What if I already have a website?
No problem! We'll replace it with a modern site that's built to work with everything Dinevate offers — like online ordering, rewards, and customer tracking. Your current site won't be lost, but this new one is designed to grow your business.
11What do I need to get started?
Just send us your menu, logo, and any domain or Google Business info you have. We'll take care of the rest — setup, design, launch — all done for you.
